  Ate there on Friday, food terrible and service worse. Used to be a great place to eat. WHAT HAPPENED? IS IT NEW OWNERSHIP? Very disappointed.

  BP's is consistent if nothing else. Service is good but not outstanding or bad. I find the portion sizes here seem much smaller here then other BP's I've been, particularly the sandwichs.

  Consistent errors on delivery orders, consistently under-cooked bacon, quality is affected by them always trying to be fast. Overpriced. Over packaged with too much plastic. I've called and complained a few times and they gave free stuff but they did not fix the issue. Its happened so many times that tonight, instead of placing an order I wrote this review. You will get better food almost anywhere. Only reason I order is they are essentially the only non pizza delivery in town that does not charge $10-$20 for delivery. Maybe they should?

  I ordered pasta as a last minute "I need food for my break" at work and was I ever impressed with how fast and delicious it was! Pasta was still hot, toast was hot, Pepsi was cold and they packed hot chili flakes and Parmesan Cheese which I had forgotten to request!
  
  Usually I have to request extra extra chili flakes but the package was plenty!
  
  Very impressed... Expect to hear from me more often.
